ZENOVA CONSTRUCTION'S foundation started in 2000 as a one man sole proprietorship operation as MORALES CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.  In 2006 the company incorporated as MORALES PARTNERS INCORPORATED (MPI) due to the continued growth of the operations and to better position itself to deal with larger more complex projects.  In 2015, the company changed it name to ZENOVA CORPORATION and formed as a Limited Liability Corporation.  The name change was a better representation of the vision of the company, and the new entity structure allows the company take full advantages of the tax and distribution benefits allowed by a limited liability company.
